Im Haus „Ferienwohnungen Kaiserslautern an der Uni“ kann ich Ihnen zwei gepflegte Apartments anbieten. Sie befinden sich in einem Privathaus in der verkehrsberuhigten Kaiserslauterer UNI-WOHNSTADT. Sie bieten Geschäftsleuten, Familien oder Monteuren erholsames Wohnen und gute Parkmöglichkeiten, kostenloses WLAN und SAT-TV, Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Umgebung in Waldrandnähe, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von einer städtischen Bushaltestelle. Auch einen Kinderspielplatz gibt es im Wald.

2 Schlafzimmer mit insges. 5 Betten, Wohn-Esszimmer mit großem Tisch und 6 Tischplätzen, Küchenzeile, Sofa, TV und Balkon (für die Raucher!), großzügiges Badezimmer mit Wanne, Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, Urinal und Bidet.



Apartment 2

Schlafzimmer mit 2 getrennten Betten, Wohn-Esszimmer mit kompletter Küchenzeile, Esstisch, TV, ein zusätzliches Bett, Duschbad mit Waschbecken, WC und Urinal.

Welcome to Carl’s Temporary Duty/Temporary Lodging Allowance Apartments

We are situated close to the U.S. facilities in Kaiserslautern, 8 minutes’ drive to Vogelweh, Panzer, Kleber and the freeways to Landstuhl (LRMC), Ramstein and Sembach.

The accommodation we are offering in our apartments is especially meant for U.S. citizens stationed on Temporary Duty / Temporary Lodging Allowance during their search for an appropriate home on the German economy.

LANDLORD SPEAKS EXCELLENT ENGLISH AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO ASSIST IN DIRECTIONS AND ADVICE CONCERNING THE TRANSITION INTO GERMANY.

The 70 m² apartment is on the third floor of our house.
KITCHEN/LIVING-ROOM: FULLY EQUIPPED WITH UTENSILS, RANGE, FRIDGE, SINK, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, TABLE FOR 6 PERSONS, LEATHER SOFA, SAT/TV, DVD, VCR, STEREO RADIO WITH CD PLAYER.

BATHROOM: EQUIPPED WITH CABINETS, SHOWER, BATHTUB, BIDET, DOUBLE WASH-BASIN, HAIR-DRYER, TOWELS.

BEDROOM 1: EQUIPPED WITH DOUBLE BED, SOFA, LARGE WARDROBE, SAT/TV, TELEPHONE.

BEDROOM 2: EQUIPPED WITH 2 SEPARATE BEDS, DESK, STEREO RADIO, CD PLAYER.

BALCONY: EQUIPPED WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS.

STORAGE ROOM: EQUIPPED WITH VACUUM CLEANER, IRON, IRONING-BOARD, BABY CHAIR AND COT.



On the ground floor, we have another 40 m² apartment with combined kitchen/living-room,
bedroom and bathroom.

KITCHEN/LIVING-ROOM: FULLY EQUIPPED WITH UTENSILS, RANGE, FRIDGE, SINK, MICROWAVE, TABLE FOR 4 PERSONS, SINGLE BED WHICH CAN BE MADE INTO A DOUBLE BED.

BATHROOM: EQUIPPED WITH SHOWER, SINK, TOILET, TOWELS, HAIRDRYER.

BEDROOM: EQUIPPEDWITH DOUBLE BED AND LARGE WARDROBE.

Neighborhood / Surroundings

Both apartments are situated in our private house in a quiet street in the choice University neighborhood at the outskirts of the city. Just 50 m from the house, you are at the beginning of the beautiful Pfälzerwald forest, the largest uninterrupted woodland area in Germany with its endless footpaths for leisurely strolls or sportive hiking. At the verge of the woods, your children can enjoy themselves on a beautiful playground.

Two minutes in the opposite direction, you will find a bus stop, from where you can reach downtown Kaiserslautern in 10 minutes or the university neighborhood shopping mall with supermarket, bakery, post office, bank, pharmacy, barber, pizzeria in just 4 minutes.

As our tenants stationed on Temporary Duty or Temporary Lodging Allowance, you need not pay the rent in advance, nor will you be charged Value-Added Tax. If you are interested, we will assist you with your search for a nice home on the German economy. Prior to your arrival, your friends may visit our apartments to make arrangements on your behalf.

In apartments 1 and 2, we offer you WLAN DSL and the service of free calls via land lines to the U.S., Germany and most countries in the world.

For bulky objects or luggage, one of our garages may be used as a storage room.
